The Hotspotting’s Spring 2024 Price Predictor Index identifies Fraser Rise as a rising market within the City of Melton, with the population projected to rise by 84% by 2046.
This rapid expansion is backed by major infrastructure projects designed to improve connectivity, employment opportunities, and overall liveability. Key initiatives include the $7 billion West Gate Tunnel Project, generating 6,000 jobs and enhance transport links.
