Clearwater, Colac

Construction has officially started!

Clearwater is helping tackle the local housing shortage, which was highlighted by the Colac Otway Shire Council in 2021 and 2022. It’s designed to support the growing number of workers in the area—thanks to a strong local economy driven by agriculture, timber, and manufacturing. Big employers like Bulla Dairy Foods, Australian Lamb Company, and AKD Softwoods are based here, providing jobs for over 1,000 people across the region.

Additionally, its strategic proximity to Geelong, Torquay beaches, and the picturesque Great Otway National Park ensures an enticing combination of tranquility and adventure. $350 million Cape Otway Road Australia Training Centre to be completed in 2026, attracting more tourism to the area.
